ShopTape.com will accept items that are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The returned items must be unopened and in new condition. Upon receipt of the returned material ShopTape.com will refund the sale price of the material based on the items price at the time of purchase(Not the shipping charge). Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct address information for their order at the time of purchase. All orders that are returned to the Great Magnet L.L.C. as undeliverable will be considered to be a customer return and subject to the terms stated in this this return policy. A copy of the packing list from the original purchase must accompany all returns. Items Marked in the description as NON RETURNABLE can not be returned. Exact Color Matches of our Products to a Customers Screen Display Cannot be Guaranteed.Since every computer monitor varies according to factors such as manufacturer, model and user settings ShopTape.com has no way of guaranteeing that a product's color will exactly match what is displayed on the customers screen. ShopTape.com sells a majority of the Products listed by the roll and we strongly suggest purchasing a sample roll of a material to test it for suitability to an application. Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee for stock items, restocking fees for custom items vary by product. If a returned order is followed buy a replacement order we will issue an RMA and waive the restocking fee. If a customer refuses a package for the reason of (Weather, Don't Want, etc.) there will be a reduction in the refund amount equal to the original outgoing freight charge . We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- UPS Picks Up at our location at 3:30 EST every weekday. Orders placed after 3:30 EST will not be processed until the next Business Day.
(This does NOT mean your order will ship the Same Day if placed before 3:30 EST)
